SC AG Federal Court Filings

The COMPLAINT FOR IMMEDIATE INJUNCTIVE AND OTHER RELIEF filed last night in South Carolina federal court is available for review, here is an excerpt:

Given Defendant McMaster‘s persistent and continuing public threats, craigslist is presently faced with the untenable choice of either completely shutting down all portions of its website that are directed at South Carolina or else putting itself and its management at risk of imminent criminal prosecution by Defendant McMaster.

The MOTION FOR TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER AND PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION is available for perusal as well.

    Jim,

While you are at it, Ask McJester about the lady that worked for Turner Padgett, the largest law firm in SC, who was caught forging income verification forms for Medicaid, maybe Medicare, the low income insurance for seven years.

This person hired Jack Swerling, one of the most, ‘powerful’/expensive lawyers in SC. McJester prosecuted and the person got off on a $50 misdemeanor charge.

Need more info, you got my email.

A $50 misdemeanor charge? Should’ve got a heck of a lot more than that.
