You should also set-up a way that when someone Flags an ad, they should have to submit their telephone number and / or e-mail address. Then once it's verified, then the ad can be deleted by Craigslist Staff. And about deleting people's ads -- There is a Help section one can go to when they have questions about why their ad was deleted. The so-called Helpful Monitors who actually remove inappropriate ad, are often very Rude to people who are trying to find-out exactly why their ad got cancelled. Craigslist has one of the best search-engines in the world. You have millions of loyal users around the planet. Is is really too much for your staff to mark-off some sort of check-list as to why someone's ad was Flagged and Removed.
